Program Overview
Our CECC program transforms coaches into experts in organizational culture and coaching. Graduates of this program gain a deep understanding of the interplay between individual and group behaviors, are proficient in coaching both executives individually and in groups, possess the expertise to leverage the culture-actualization survey data for coaching purposes, and can adapt to different culture models.
- ICF CCE Program (30 hours).
- Synchronous/live learning.
- Starting on February 2nd Friday.
- 8 weeks back-to-back.
- 8 am to 12 pm Pacific Time (PT) - 4 hours per session.
- Conducted through Zoom online meetings.
Learning Objectives
- Expand your coaching vision to understanding how to design coaching programs focusing on culture transformation. Learn how to integrate different pieces of culture analytics, culture action planning, culture training, team coaching and 1:1 coaching into a cohesive program.
- Learn to use the research-driven Culture-Actualization Index © and develop a Culture Action Plan© as inputs to team coaching and 1:1 coaching.
- Deepen your knowledge on group dynamics, your skills on team coaching & team facilitation.
- Sharpen PCC level competencies and deepen your understanding of the ICF code of ethics and complex cases in organizational coaching.
Get Certified to use and offer the Culture-Actualization Index
Certified Executive Culture Coaches are trained our Leading with Culture framework and also the research driven Culture-Actualization Index. Coaches will be able to offer the Culture Actualization Index with a discount and build a business model and programs on our methodologies.

Program Fees
The Certified Executive Culture Coach program cost is 5,000USD and includes the Culture Levers Certificate Program. Two programs offer 33h of ICF CCE hours in total. We have a bridge program for those interested in getting their ICF Level 1 Certification as well.
