In the 2023 ICF Converge Conference, he presented the Culture-Actualization Index © as a pivotal tool within OCC. OCC seamlessly integrates coaching into the culture transformation process, making leaders capable and accountable for implementing their action plans.
OCC delves into understanding the intricacies of organizational systems, the mechanics of culture, and guides leaders in shaping individual and collective mindsets and habits. In essence, organizational culture coaching serves as the missing link in culture transformation projects.
OCC bridges culture analytics, culture strategy, executive alignment, culture action planning, educating leaders on how to lead with culture and finally coaching leaders on role modeling culture.
